Data Integrations

Alli favors data integrations in which the partner can deliver a data set for many tenants to a single location in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 bucket.

The data delivery can mix all tenant data together or deliver each tenant's data to different files or directories. On the Alli Side, we'll develop data pipelines to deliver the data to the appropriate tenant's warehouse.

There is no app manifest configuration for data integrations.

How to Get Started

The Alli team can set up an S3 bucket and we and the partner can work together to figure out authentication there (via assumed roles, bucket policies, access key ID and secret, etc).

Data Formats

Favor tabular or JSON data, though we're open to what works best for the partner.

Schemas

When working on a data integration, please provide the Alli team with information about the schemas the partner will ship. Include column names, data types, descriptions of what the data means, etc.
